Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Materials for the Expansion of Tool Shop will be received by the Brownsville Navigation District of Cameron County, Texas. The BND Board of Commissioners HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT to reject any and all bids, and to select the bid deemed most advantageous to the BND. If any person contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of these Specifications, they may submit to Jose Herrera, Director of Facilities Maintenance, jherrera@portofbrownsville.com a written request for interpretation thereof. Requests for interpretation must be received by September 19, 2022 Bidders shall not seek to influence any District Board members or District staff, directory or indirectly through others, as such contact may result in disqualification. The last date for the issuance of an addendum is September 20, 2022
