Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work will involve installation of public sanitary sewer main in Littleton, Colorado. The work will include modification to an existing manhole, installation of (1) 10-foot deep manhole, (1) 20-foot deep manhole with intermediate platform, 308 linear feet of 2-foot valley gutter, 109 linear feet of 4-inch plastic pipe, 736 linear feet of 8-inch plastic pipe, 5 service taps, surface restoration, curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt mill and overlay, and roadway striping. Work is located in both streets and vegetated areas of public and private properties. Traffic control, erosion control, testing and post CCTV of the installed main will be required.
