Solids shall be dewatered and transported to an off-site disposal site. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by City UtiP !ties Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana . No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has railed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price.
