Renovation of a municipal facility in Meeker, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All Bid Proposals shall be sealed in an envelope with Town Shop Electrical written on the front. The Town Board of Trustees will award the bid on Tuesday, October 4th , 2022 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 345 Market Street in Meeker. The successful bidder must maintain workers compensation and general liability insurance in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 during the project. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informalities; and the right to disregard all non-conforming or conditional bids or counter proposals. Each proposal shall be reviewed and considered consistent with the provisions of the Town of Meeker Purchasing Policy.
