PURPOSE: The Town of Munster, herein after Town, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after Respondent, to install dircetional boring, new fiber optic cable to three locations within Community Park Respondents shall describe in their proposal their approach and firm, fixed-price quote for constructing the fiber optic networks as described in this RFP and its associated attachments and appendices. BACKGROUND: The Town of Munster seeks to provide fiber optic service to three facilities within Community Park: the Triple Play Café, Social Center, and Munster Pool. Connection will be made to the Towns existing fiber optic line located on the west side of Calumet Avenue. The work is limited to installing conduit and pulling cable to the outside of the three locations. Interior connections to be made by others under a separate contract.
