The Project includes the following Work: ADA kayak launch, tree removal, concrete sidewalk, earthwork, aggregate surface, site grading, and restoration. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1 Ea ADA Universally Accessible Kayak Launch 850 Sft Sidewalk, Conc, 4 inch 530 Sft Sidewalk, Conc, 8 inch 1 LS Removals 50 Cyd Aggregate Surface, 12 inch Bids will be received for a single prime Contract: Hubscher County Park Boat Launch, 22M0010 Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Gratiot County Parks and Recreation, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
