1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, and materials as may be required to provide complete preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). Buildings listed as ATTACHMENT A 2. Normal work hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, except holidays (State Holidays).
