This project consists of construction of 7,000 SF steel frame building and associated fixtures and furnishing as shown in the construction plans. The project will not include site improvements. The scope of work of this project includes new construction of a 7,000 sf fire station with a pre-engineered metal building on shallow concrete foundations, 4 apparatus bays, office and living quarters. Note that all specifications are on the plans and there is not a separate specification book. Some trades are required to carry allowances for materials until final selections are made. Note that some trades require delegated design. Note that sitework is part of a separate project. Scopes include cast-in place concrete, masonry, casework, insulation, doors, windows, overhead doors, framing & drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, bathroom specialties, signage, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, generator.
