Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Beaumont, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. This portion of the work includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and the performance of all work required to complete the removal of the existing 80 kW natural gas fueled generator from the rooftop of the Jefferson Theater and furnish and install the new 80 kW natural gas fueled generator as specified herein. B. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: a) Removal of existing generator and loading it onto the city vehicle for the city to salvage. b) Provide crane to remove the existing unit and lift the new generator into place. c) Disconnect and reconnect natural gas line. Modify as needed. d) Disconnect and reconnect electrical wiring. Modify as needed.
