The selected Construction Manager, in partnership with BAYarts, the Cleveland Metroparks and Design Team will develop pricing for the design, will develop construction means and methods, will identify long lead items and procurement obstacles and will construct the
Project. The Construction Manager work items shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
Design Phase Coordination - regular design review and development of cost implications (estimates) during the design process with the project team to ensure the Projects compliance with budget
Construction Phase provide construction sequencing for project, conduct construction progress meetings, pre-construction and pre-installation conferences, record and distribute meeting minutes to the Project team.
Coordination and collaboration with Cleveland Metroparks skilled trades and site construction staff for potential portions of the construction (i.e., electrical, plumbing, framing, etc.).
Development of as-built drawings and close-out documents. Playhouse Renovation Huntington Reservation. Playhouse Renovation Huntington Reservation Firms Must Comply With All Applicable Federal and State Laws and Regulations Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunities. Cleveland Metroparks is a Governmental Agency Exempt From All Local, State and Federal Taxes. Firms Shall Be Responsible for the Collection of and Payment of All Sales and Other Taxes That May Be Applicable. Any Firm That Submits, or Attempts to Submit, Statement is Solely Responsible for the Method of Submission and Assumes the Risk That the Statement May Be Delayed or Not Received by Cleveland Metroparks, Whether by Reason of Equipment Malfunction, Human Error or Any Other Cause Whatsoever. Late Statements Will Not Be Considered. Cleveland Metroparks Reserves the Right, in Its Sole Discretion, to Negotiate or to Reject Any and All Statements and Parts of Any and All Statements and Waive All Technicalities.
