At this time, the tribe has chosen to take a different method to the Tonkawa Urgent Care Clinic and Pharmacy project. The Tonkawa Tribe of Oklahoma is issuing a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for complete Architect/Engineer (A/E) services to be utilized for construction of the Tonkawa Urgent Care Clinic and Pharmacy located in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. The facility will include exam rooms, laboratory, X-ray suite, pharmacy, drive-thru canopy, and associated parking areas. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: Submissions will be evaluated by the selection committee based on the following criteria: 1. Relevant experience and reputation for quality 2. Team Personnel and previous successful experience with construction management delivery system 3. Overall Capabilities 4. Overall responsiveness to RFQ 5. Time frame for completion of project The Owner makes no guarantee that an award will be made as a result of this RFQ, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, waive any informalities, irregularities, or minor technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirement from this RFQ or contract when deemed to be in the Owner's best interest.
