Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The roof areas are composed of either a conventional modified bitumen or 4-ply built-up roof ("BUR"). The roofs are of low slope and are on various levels of the building with mechanical penthouses and entrance canopies. The Prime Consultant (PC) will work alongside the Construction Manager (CM) to complete a pre-design study indicating the most appropriate roofing solution which will have the most minimal impact on existing mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
