Description

Renovation of a museum in Brownsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The work of this project primarily consists of the construction of the following: 1. Demolition of the existing 20 ton suspended air handler and roof mounted condensing unit. The existing distribution duct and duct heater shall remain. 2. Demolition of existing CMU wall in the adjacent storage closet, and placement of new concrete equipment pad. 3. Placement of a new 20 ton air handler unit in the adjacent storage closet, to include new louvered doors for return air, piping for the condensate through the exterior wall, opening in the wall for the supply air duct to route and connect back into the existing distribution ductwork. 4. Placement of a new condensing unit on the adjacent roof, and new refrigerant piping routed between the air handler and the condenser
