The Project consists of the construction of a new 2-Story Educational and Training Facility providing classrooms, laboratories, support spaces, and associated sitework, located in Boerne, Texas. PRE-BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A pre-bid presentation will be posted to Building Connected. For each Work Order issued and accepted hereunder, Subcontractor shall furnish and pay for all labor, materials, fuel, equipment, tools, machinery, and supplies; perform all work; obtain and pay for all necessary permits, licenses and fees; pay all state sales taxes, state and federal unemployment taxes, and all other taxes and fees associated with the subcontract labor or materials; provide all required construction layout and surveying; and do all things necessary to complete the work to be performed under the Work Order (hereafter referred to as the Subcontract Work) questions received less than (5) five working days before bid opening will not be answered,
