The overall scope of this Tender is to be completed in 2 Phases, Phase 1 in 2023 and Phase 2 in 2024. Phase 1: comprises selective demolition, removals and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems including a padmount transformer, repairs to architectural finishes. Phase 2: comprises the addition of an elevator and vestibule attached to the building, modifications of the front entrances including selective demolition, removals and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems.
