Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Témiscamingue Regional County Municipality, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.

Reference Number : 1642225 Stantec Experts-conseils ltée will receive, on behalf of Kebaowek First Nation, bids for the construction of a new parking lot and trail in Kebaowek. This work includes briefly, the construction of a granular structure of 450 mm of MG 20, the installation of rigid insulation 2 x 50 mm thick, 450 mm of MG 112, road drains as well as a geotextile membrane for the parking lot and the pedestrian path. The installation of 2 culverts of 600 mm in diameter, approximately 25.5 m in length and riprap 100-200 mm. Installation of 9 bases and lampposts, 250 m of power supply trench. Installation of 503 metric tons of ESG-14 PG 52V-40 paving, i.e. 73 tm for the path and 430 tm for the parking lot respectively. Stabilization of the embankment along the parking lot with peat , landscaping and other related work.
