To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Pedestrian Door Repair Services on wood metal, glass doors, Schlage and Medeco locks on an as needed basis. The successful bidder will supply all needed parts. Bidder must have a product stocking business located with Franklin or contiguous County to perform work under this contract. At the City's discretion, an appointed representative of the City may inspect your location prior to awarding this contract to assure this requirement is met. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $30,000.00. This is an estimate of the annual needs of the City under this Agreement and are for bidding purposes only. This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount, or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will be in effect from 9/30/22 through 9/30/2025. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified.
