Site work for a mixed-use development in Summerland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This tender includes site prep, drilling, development, and tie in of a new well for potable purposes at Okanagan Lake North Provincial Park. In general, the work consists of the following: Drill new well with 200mm casing approx. 125m deep Screen installation and well development Well pumping test Watermain pipe, fittings, and valves to connect to the existing potable water system. Electrical kiosk, transfer switch, conduit and wiring to new well pump Well pump supply and installation Tender documents will be distributed at the site meeting.
