Commercial Garage All questions must be submitted in writing (emailed) by close of business on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Bidders shall be qualified, bondable contractors, with a minimum of five years of experience. Proposals shall be irrevocable for (90) days after bid opening, in compliance with Act #317 of 1978, approved November 26, 1978, and as amended, and shall be accompanied by 10% bid bond or certified check, payable to Kelly Township. Project Scope of Work for the MULTIPLE PRIME CONTRACT; General Construction and Electrical Construction. Base Bid scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: A wood pole building with concrete floor, metal roof and siding; includes new led high bay lighting and basic receptacle coverage. Building will not be conditioned or include any plumbing work. The project is subject to applicable provisions of the following, including any amendments and supplements: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987; Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744; Pennsylvania Public Works Contractors Bond Law of December 20, 1967, P.L. 869, no. 385, Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act No. 3 of 1978 as amended. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the project sum will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, or omissions.
