To do so, he must use the model commitment letter reproduced in appendix 4.02 of the Bid Form. ALL CALL FOR TENDERS DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED ON THE SITE WWW.SEAO.CA AND THE TENDERER MUST ACQUIRE THEM ON THIS SITE.
