The Three Rivers School District, Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the District with an update to facility assessments on 17 school buildings and assist in updating the Long-Range Facility Plan to include all the Districts buildings. Accepted proposers may begin work on 11/16/2022 and should be completed by 11/30/2023. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFP does not obligate the District to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the RFP does not obligate the District to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The successful vendor must comply with the Districts equal opportunity requirements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
