The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals for the installation of approximately 143,000 square yards of Hot Mix Resurfacing and 143,000 square yards of Cold Milling on various streets within the corporate limits of the City of Bowie, MD.The Contractor is required to use its best efforts to comply with the Community Workforce Agreement/Compliance. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject all proposals. The Contractor is required to use its best efforts to comply with the Community Workforce Agreement/Compliance. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted by email to Carissa Sullivan at csullivan@cityofbowie.org. Deadline for inquiries is 12:00p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, September 23, 2022 to all those who request the RFP.
