The County of Galveston is seeking a vendor to provide Hot Mix Asphalt to various locations throughout Galveston County. Submittal Instructions All bids must be marked on the outside of the sealed envelope: ITB #B222032, HOT MIX ASPHALT Bidder's name, and return address, should be prominently displayed on the bids package for identification purposes. The timestamp clock located in the Purchasing Agent's office shall serve as the official timekeeping piece for this solicitation process. Any bids received after 2:00 P.M. CST on the specified date will be returned unopened. Pricing: Submitted prices, if required and applicable, shall be either lump sum or unit prices as shown on the bid sheets. The net price shall be delivered to Galveston County, including all freight, shipping, and license fees. Galveston County is tax-exempt, and no taxes should be included in bids pricing. Payment for products and/or services received will be made by a Galveston County-issued check after receipt of a valid invoice received and processed by the Galveston County Auditor. Bonding Requirements: There are no bonding requirements with this Invitation to Bid.
