St. Croix County is requesting proposals for Electrical Repair/Installation Services. St. Croix County reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time and reject any or all offers. The County shall not be liable for any pre-contract costs incurred by interested firms participating in the selection process. The contract shall be for Three (3) consecutive years with the ability to extend with two one (1) year terms beginning in November 2025 or as close to this date as possible. Upon mutual agreement, the contract may then be renewed for 2 - one year extensions. No required on-site visit. All proposals which are not submitted and received on time, will not be accepted. If additional information is necessary to assist the vendor in interpreting this RFP, written questions will be accepted by: St. Croix County Facilities Management Division ATTN: Sandy Stanger: 1101 Carmichael Rd. Room G300, Hudson, WI 54016. Emails will be accepted for all questions related to this RFP, email Sandy Stanger at sandy.stanger@sccwi.gov St. Croix County is requesting proposals for service, small project installations and 24/7 emergency electrical service for St. Croix County owned buildings. This new contract would begin on November 1st, 2022 or as close to that date as possible. St. Croix County may elect to add in the future, similar services at the County's Highway Shops and County Parks as well. It is our desire to award to three (3) qualified contractors.
