All bids must be sealed and clearly marked "Traffic Signal and Street Light Maintenance and Repair Services". For further information, contact the Township Manager at 717-938-6992. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids in the best interest of the Township. Bids will be awarded at the Board of Supervisor monthly meeting on September 27, 2022 at 6 p.m. at the Newberry Township Municipal Building. RENEWAL OR TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be in force and effect for a term beginning with the date hereof and shall continue until December 31, 2023. Upon expiration of this Agreement, it shall be automatically renewed for a one (1) year period ending December 31, 2024 with respect to all conditions, except the amount to be paid for services, unless written notice of termination is given at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement. Any expected rate changes paid for services for 2024 must be provided to and mutually agreed upon by the Township at least 90 days in advance of the contract termination date. If rates are not mutually agreeable 90 days prior to the termination date, then the contract can be terminated on the termination date without the one (1) year auto renew.
