**The cost estimate for Stormwater and Wastewater Improvements Project - Division A - WWTP Improvements is $2,089,112.62. The Contractor shall follow Davis-Bacon Wage Standards. The Project includes the following Work: Division "A" - WWTP Improvements The project includes, but is not limited to, the conversion of an existing polishing pond to an equalization basin, the installation of approximately 500 feet of 15-inch gravity sanitary sewer along with manholes, a bypass structure, the refurbishment of the existing oxidation ditch and clarifier equipment, and the conversion of a chlorine contact tank to ultraviolet light disinfection channel. Division "B" - Sanitary and Stormwater Improvements The project includes, but is not limited to, the separation of cross-- connected storm and sanitary sewers at several locations, the installation of approximately 2,000 feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer, 1000 feet of 6-inch force main, a lift station, and approximately 900 feet of 12-inch storm sewer and 400 feet of 15-inch storm sewer with manholes and inlet structures. Division "C" - Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation The project includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer pipe and manholes. The work includes the rehabilitation of 7,100' of 8-inch pipe and 2,250 feet of 12" pipe through CIPP installation. Thirty-six (36) manholes are to be rehabilitated. Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Division "A" - WWTP Improvements; Division "B" - Sanitary and Stormwater Improvements; and Division "C" - Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract per division of work. Bids shall be as shown in the respective Bid Forms. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
