FAA-DXR-1304991 Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the DXR Fire Alarm System Upgrade project at the ATCT in Danbury, CT This is a negotiated procurement that will result in a firm fixed price, one job lump sum contract, which will be awarded to a single offerer. The estimated price range for this procurement is: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00. IN ORDER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM). SEE CLAUSE 3.3.1-33 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (OCT 2021). NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM SIZE STANDARDS (NAICS) 238210 Electrical Contractors. The small business size standard is: Annual average receipts for the firms last three fiscal years can't exceed $16.5 Million. The FAA, as the Federal Government, is tax exempt. The awarded contractor will be responsible for any/all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes. All QUESTIONS ARE DUE no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date of this RFP.
