This date is for preliminary scheduling only; Owner does not guarantee this date Time for Completion: Complete all Work within 240 calendar days (Phase 1= 180 days, Phase 2=60days), commencing with the date established in the written notice from Owner to proceed, and ending with the date of Notice of Completion. The schedule is intended as a maximum time frame and should the Contractor be able to expedite the Work, the Owner and Architect will assist in advancing within the terms of the Contract. The project will be in progress while students and staff are on site. This Phasing Plan is intended to separate the work on the east side of the site (front of the school/ loading zone) from the work at the Modular Buildings. The Owner wants the work on the front of the school to be performed during the summer break when no students are on-site. .1 Phase 1: All work required for the installation of the Modular Buildings including all utility connections and related site work. This work is to be performed between October 17, 2022 - April 15, 2023 (180 calendar days). .2 Phase 2: All work required on the east side/ front of the school for the installation of the Shade Structures, concrete paving, synthetic turf and related site work. This work is to be performed between June 5, 2023 - August 3, 2023 (60 calendar days).
