Repair steel stud framing as required, reset electrical in walls, replace insulation in demising walls, replace drywall taped and ready to paint, wallpaper repairs including sealing edges and re-gluing lifted areas, prime and paint walls, remove wall paper and paint walls, replace carpet tiles with like kind and quality, replace rubber basing, replace damaged ceiling tile grid, re-align remaining ceiling grid, replaced damaged ceiling tiles with like kind and quality, replace damaged lights and air returns, reset lights in ceiling grid, reset sprinkler heads and replace damaged escutcheons, reset outlet, switch, and cable covers, reset doors and frames as required, touch up paint on steel door frames, reset radiator covers and paint as required, reset blinds, clean all affected areas. Debris removal and site cleanup daily, dust suppression and Low VOC paints required, final clean up after completion of repairs. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT.
