This will include removing all old material from the site, clearing vegetation as needed for the new fence and constructing four- strand barbed wire fences. The items are broken out by Priority A, B, C, and D (optional work to be determined at a later date by the Government). Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the project unless otherwise noted. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Project NAICS code is 238990, size standard $16.5 million.
