No bid may be withdrawnafter the scheduled closing timefor receipt of bids for a period ofSIXTY (60) days. This project is being bid EXCLUDING TAXES, and requiresthe Contractor comply with therequirements of Act 2013-205,which was signed into law onMay 9, 2013.
