Manchester Local School reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive all informalities. All fencing except for three poles on backstop behind home plate and on the 3rd base dugout. Taking down scoreboard, flagpole, and Crown Field sign located in the outfield (No need to dispose of just get poles out of the ground). Install: Around 1200 feet of eight-foot, black vinyl fence with a yellow cap and bottom rail for stability. Looking for eight-foot centers and steel ties. Field dimensions are approximately 320 in LF, 360 in CF, and 310 in RF. Two twenty-foot gates with one on first base side and other one on the homerun fence in foul ground next to foul pole on 3rd base side. One small gate on outfield fence near center field. Small openings near both dugouts to get in and out. Additions: Widening the backstop. Keeping three poles behind home plate but expanding around that to extend to the fence to be in line with the back of dugouts. The backstop is 16 feet tall. We would need approximately 60 feet of 16-foot fence to widen it. Additional reinforcement of the backstop fence on the lowest portions directly behind home plate Adding a small four-foot fence, one foot in front of the first base dugout.
