The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's Orphaned Gas Well Plugging Initiative, is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide program management, studies, reports, planning, mapping services, access agreements, stormwater and erosion control, program development, construction management and oversight for up to 250 orphaned gas wells throughout New York State.
