The City of New Rochelle aims to radically rethink the train station and transit center to make it a visionary, attractive, convenient, pedestrian-oriented, and well-connected facility for the growing number of daily commuters and visitors in time for the launch of Penn Station Access by the MTA/MetroNorth Railroad in 2027.
