South Coast Region Facilities (Region 5) - Water Monitoring and On-Call Testing License Required: ELAP and/or NELAP Location of Services: South Coast Region Facilities (Region 5) Contractor agrees to provide potable water testing services for 4 facilities (6 water sources) at Contractors certified testing laboratory. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal). Notice of Intent to Award - October 3, 2022 Bids of $5,000 and over shall have enclosed, a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or a Bidder's Bond executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, made payable to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in any bid.
