Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Claremont, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

**As of December 30, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated date for award is not yet determined. The Claremont Development Authority (CDA) for renovations to the former Claremont National Bank located at 56 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH, in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents prepared by kcs ARCHITECTS, 310 Marlboro St., Keene, NH. Bidders must hold their bids open for a period of 90 days. A single contract will be issued to the General Contractor. Bidders must provide a 5% bid bond with the sealed bid and a 100% Performance and Payment Bond will be required prior to Contract Execution The Work includes but is not limited to: Improvements allowing for tenant occupancy of the first floor of 56 Opera House Square. Installation of electrical, mechanical and communications systems. Funding for this project includes a grant from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions and subject to the requirements of Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended. The City of Claremont will act as the CDBG Administrator for the Project on behalf of the CDA Owner anticipates releasing the Notice to Proceed by October 20th, 2022. The Contractor shall attend a Pre-Construction Conference prior to commencement of construction and achieve Substantial Completion of the Project within 40 weeks of receiving Notice to Proceed. Funding for this project includes federal funds and is subject to all federal requirements, including, but not limited to Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. All contracts and subcontracts exceeding $10,000 shall contain a provision requiring compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, "Equal Employment Opportunity"' as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60).
