Additionally, improvements are proposed to the existing Wood Rd. sewer pump station to enhance its emergency storage capacity. The proposed improvements will provide sewer services for existing and future businesses fronting Van Buren Blvd. Please sign the jobwalk waiver and addendum to the waiver in advance and provide those signed documents on the day of the jobwalk. Pursuant to Section 22300 of the Public Contract Code of the State of California, the contractor will be permitted to substitute those securities set forth in said sections for any monies withheld to ensure performance of the contract.
