Renovation of a medical facility in Madison, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Morgan County Board of Commissioners are seeking bids to replace sprinkler heads in the DFCS building located at 2005 South Main Street, Madison, GA 30650 All questions about this RFQ and submission requirements must be directed in writing to Ms. Lorrie Lavengood via llavengood@morgancountyga.gov SCOPE OF WORK o Provide labor and material to replace all existing 140 dry pendent sprinkler heads in accordance with all applicable building/fire codes. o The new heads should be same length and type as existing. Most of existing heads are 12" in length, but some may vary. On bid sheet indicate the deduction/increase for varying head lengths. o Work will be completed during normal working hours. Disruptions to employees in the building shall be minimized. o Contractor shall take necessary precautions to cover surrounding areas to protect all surfaces, persons, and adjacent areas while work is being performed. o Where needed, appropriate signs and barricades should be posted prior to any work being performed. o The worksite must be kept clean. o The Contractor is responsible for the safe disposal of all materials used in this project in accordance with EPA guidelines and regulations. o It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to adequately prepare all surfaces o Drips and spillage shall be removed by the Contractor. o Upon completion, the system shall be inspected by licensed person and system must pass.
