To Supply and Deliver Various Steel Stick Excess Flow Valves to Saskenergy's Main Warehouse in Saskatoon, Sk, on an "as Required" Basis. The Following Will Be a Mandatory Requirement for This Tender. Steel Stick Excess Flow Valves Must Be of the Following Manufactures: 1. Elster Perfection Unc Flp600 P/n# 51672 and Umac Efv #014 Series 700 Gasbreaker #50030. 2. Elster Perfection Series 600 and Umac #p41 Series 550. Saskenergy is Committed to the Promotion of the Industrial and Economic Growth of the Nwpta Region. Saskenergy May Choose to Only Accept Bids From Nwpta Region Suppliers or Give Preference to Bidders Who Are Nwpta Region Suppliers. Saskenergy Has the Sole, Absolute and Final Discretion and Authority to Determine Whether a Bidder is a Nwpta Region Supplier. This Eoi and Any Resulting Rfp is Expected to Pertain to and Enable Saskenergy to Conduct Its Mandated Business and Ability to Deliver for Resale, Natural Gas Services to Saskenergy Customers, and Therefore Be Exempt From the Application of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-eu Trade Agreement. If You Do Not Respond to This Expression of Interest (Eoi), You Will Not Receive a Package Inviting You to Submit a Proposal. Note: a Party's Response to This Eoi Will Not Necessarily/automatically Result in Participation in Potential Further Procurement Processes of Saskenergy.
