Miller Creek Treatment Plant Fence Project The official time shall be taken from a designated clock at the Administrative Office. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that its bid is received in proper time. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids may be delivered in person. by carrier or by mail. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Miller Creek Treatment Plant Fence Project." Include date and time of the bid opening on the front ofthe envelope. The general scope of the work for this project consists of the installation of approximately 1270 linear feet of chain link fencing and 4 (four) 25-ft opening double swing gates, 1 (one) 28-ft opening single swing gate, and 1 (one) 6-ft opening swing gate at the Miller Creek Treatment Plant located at 1015 SW 174th PL, Normandy Park WA 98166. Those companies that do not attend one of the Pre-Bid Site Visit Meetings will not be eligible to bid. Signing the bid form certifies attendance to a mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting prior to submitting the proposal. No site visits shall be allowed outside ofthe scheduled Pre-Bid Site Visit Meetings.
