The SCHC is requesting Tenders for the provision of services to install an existing generator currently owned by SCHC, replace multiple sub-panels and perform associated Work as described herein for the SCHC building at 33 Brooks Street, Barrie which was originally a three-storey senior apartment built in 1977, with a five storey addition completed in 2016 and currently contains 108 units.
