Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (Minnesota State) requests information for Architectural/Engineering, Owners Representative, Real Estate and other related Professional/Technical services from Minnesota registered architects, engineers, environmental consultants, geoscientists, land surveyors, landscape architects, owners representatives, and real estate service firms (including appraisers, brokerage and related service firms) leading toward a listing on the Facilities Professional/Technical Consultant Roster. Services will vary in nature according to specific project needs. Minnesota State is requesting responses from interested consultants and intends to update the roster of firms to provide various types of professional and technical services. Firms or individuals that meet the minimum qualifications will be placed on the Facilities Professional/Technical Roster (P/T Roster) for a period of five (5) years from their initial awarded specialty. The P/T Roster includes vendors who are available to provide Minnesota State with professional and technical services as described herein. Consultants must meet the requirements of the RFQ and submit requested documentation. Firms on the P/T Roster may be contracted for services directly by the colleges/universities of Minnesota State or the system office. Consultants who were awarded specialties in an earlier RFQ may respond with additional qualifications for other specialties either not previously submitted or not awarded. If granted the new specialty would have the same consistent end date as the original awarded specialty. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
