Renovation of a municipal facility in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Province of British Columbia, in collaboration with our retained design team of professionals, is undertaking the Dawson Creek Courthouse Life Cycle Extension Building Upgrades Phase 1. This project focuses on the multi-disciplinary renewal / upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, changes to the main entry, washroom renovations, regrading of the parking lot, and miscellaneous tasks; please refer to the section 3.3 for detailed itemized scope of the project. The design is being finalized and readied for tenders. The building permit application process has been completed and the permit is issued from the City of Dawson Creek. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
