Addition of 515 Turnout at West End of Brookpark Yard Contractor shall provide a complete signalized turnout at the west end of Brookpark Yard. A partial list of the work includes: design of the new and revised signal system, provision of new switch machines & layouts, snowmelter & control case, snow melter elements, signals, (W568) equipment case, pushbuttons, long wire loops, track circuits, cabling, bonding, installation, testing & commissioning of the complete system and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The provisions of 49 CFR Part 26, and 41 CFR Part 60-1, as applicable to Federal grants regarding equal employment practices and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation are applied to these procurements. The Engineer's Estimate is $1,270,000.00 The work to be performed under this contract consists of the demolition work, construction and completion of the entire project: Addition of 515 Turnout at West End of Brookpark Yard Project No.12F. The work is defined in this project manual, and the drawings and other documents identified herein. B. The project is located on a parcel of land at the intersection of, the northbound off ramp from highway 237 and Brookpark Road, in the City of Brookpark, in the County of Cuyahoga, in the State of Ohio. The Scope of Work shall include but is not limited to: 1. Contractor shall provide a complete signalized turnout at the west end of Brookpark Yard.
