The Project includes the following Work: Installing drainage improvements in three locations on Lathrop Street. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 3 Ea Drainage Structures 270 Ft Underdrain 6 32 Ft Storm Sewer, 12 10 Ton Hand Patching 128 Syd Aggregate Surface Course, 6 The Work will be substantially complete on or before November 4, 2022 Bids will be received for a single prime Contract: Lathrop Street Storm Sewer, 22L0042 Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Plans and specifications will not be mailed/e-mailed until payment is received. The non-refundable fee shall be by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover accepted) or in check form and shall be drawn payable to ROWE Professional Services Company. Bidding documents must be purchased from the Engineer. Bids submitted on forms obtained anywhere besides the office of ROWE Professional Services Company will not be accepted. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Village of Armada, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
