Project Number- RRE22155, 2236 A hearing will be conducted on the proposed plans and specifications, the proposed form of contract and estimated cost for Emmet County Maintenance Shop, Estherville, Iowa at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") to be held in the Board of Supervisors (Board Room) room in the basement of the Emmet County Courthouse at,609 1st Avenue N, Estherville, Iowa, at 2:00 P.M., on the 13th of October 2022, at which time and place any person may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications and form of contract and estimated costs for the Project. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities that may be in the best interest of the Hospital. The successful bidder will be notified on or after October 27, 2022, after the proposals have been reviewed by the Architect and a recommendation as to the lowest responsible bidder has been made to the County Board of Supervisors and accepted by the Board. The project consists of a new vehicle maintenance building with mechanics bays, wash bay, shop office area and County Engineers office. The building is slab on grade and pre-engineered metal building with some masonry interior and exterior walls. There is one large mezzanine space located above the shop offices and county engineers' office. The main Maintenance building will be connected to an existing building on site by a small pre-engineered structure that will also slab on grade Project No. 1-5177
