The City's Downtown Lenoir Main Street Program (DLMSt) is seeking a qualified, multi-disciplinary consulting firm or team to lead and facilitate visioning sessions with a diverse cross-section of community and business leaders, elected officials, and staff members to develop an action-oriented and comprehensive downtown master plan that will guide and support downtown revitalization and redevelopment efforts, providing the foundation, detailed strategic and graphically illustrated vision, and direction for the next ten years. This plan will be inclusive of the rehabilitation efforts of the city-owned Historic Lenoir High School, The Campus, which is contiguous to the MSD and within the downtown commercial district. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
