Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bethlehem, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Overview: 1. The Town of Bethlehem Parks and Recreation Dept. (hereinafter known as "the Town") is seeking proposals for the design, purchase, and installation of an age appropriate (ages 2-5 and 5-12) natural playground at Selkirk Park, a town owned recreational area located in Selkirk, NY (Albany County). 2. Proposals must be inclusive of all equipment, contract discounts, installation, and freight. A selection committee will review all proposals and select a vendor in fall 2022. 3. The site is approximately 15,000 square feet (roughly 90' x 170'), fall zone included. To arrange a site visit contact Jason Gallo, Administrator (jgallo@townofbethlehem.org). 4. Project budget is currently $70,000. The Town received a grant in this amount from the NYS Assembly. The Town reserves the right to extend current funding after proposals are accepted from other sources if desired. The Town is a tax exempt municipality.
