The command center is responsible for collecting and viewing a large amount of medical and logistical data for the entire CIUSSS network. The space will be designed in such a way as to help in making quick and critical decisions. To do so, it must be possible to view a large volume of information while ensuring a minimum of friction for employees in the decision-making process. Cables in ducts will be supplied and pulled by others, the termination of audiovisual cables will be the responsibility of the contractor. Being connected to the client's IT network, the network equipment and infrastructure will be created by the client's IT department. The successful bidder must provide all the cables and accessories to connect his systems to the customer's network. It is required that the tenderer be duly authorized to resell, install and program the equipment that he will include in his proposal. The programmer must also be authorized and accredited by the manufacturer to perform this work. For questions of after-sales services, the company wishing bidding on this project must offer the programming services in-house without resorting to the services of a subcontractor. The successful Contractor will be responsible for all work described in this document. This is a turnkey project. Additional Instructions The contractor must ensure the availability of its personnel during the targeted work window in order to ensure that the installations are completed promptly. The contractor must ensure the weekly presence of its technicians and programmers until the completion of the work. The AVoIP system should be designed to eliminate single points of failure.
