Nebraska Revised Statues, notice is hereby given that the Omaha Public Power District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and enter into Contract for: RFP # 6000 Install and Remove Customer Installed Ducted House Services. Questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) should be directed to Patrick Drahota at pcdrahota@oppd.com and rfp@oppd.com Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, supervision, equipment, conveyances, tools and all miscellaneous expenses necessary to install new ducted house services. Installation consists of pulling secondary cable in customer installed conduit, making appropriate connections at both the secondary pedestal and the meter, and setting house meter in order to energize service. At this same time, temporary construction service is de-energized, construction service meter is read, and meter is returned to OPPD inventory. DUCTED HOUSE SERVICES 1. Includes installations of house service cables in customer installed duct 2. Includes removal of the temporary construction service 3. Estimated 2000 Ducted House Services installed annually 4. Estimated 2000 Temporary Construction Services removed annually 5. Work completed anywhere within OPPD's Service Territory All work shall be done in a thorough and workman like manner.
